STRYDENT do an inksaver program

http://www.strydent.com

Has anyone here tried it? My printer isn't all that good
and needs replacing so I can't really test it yet.

I got an E-mail from ACCSEE who send me mails on
software updates and they are giving this program free
when you buy fotoslate version3.

| I say no.... If you want to save mony on ink just print in 300 DPI...

Or the very best way to save money printing: buy a B&W laser printer! The
cartridge that came with my HP 5L in 1995 lasted over four years, and I'm still
printing with the $45 replacement cartridge. :-)

Best way to save, is to print in draft mode for all the things that don't
need the perfect presentation.

But, Depending on the make of the printer, if you print in photo quality,
in very slow speed to allow the black ink to dry,
Sometime you will save more ink there.

(Why ?) Because in photo mode, the printer use smaller drop of ink in
color. The catch is the black ink.

A printer will use more black ink in the normal mode, because it's the ink
that have in many cases the water resistance agent, so in order to avoid
the ink to dry in the heads the ink has to be push out in large quantity.
Almost like the clean heads mode.

That why the black ink goes faster, depending on the make and model of the
printer.

If you have the chance to refill the black one do it three time MAX. than
get a new cartridge and repeat the process. I know a few friends that do
that and they save BIG.

The key cartridges are the black one. they make $$$ on these cartridge.
