Inksaver problems

Hello all
I have been happily using Inksaver 2 for a year or two now, at first
on a HP 870 CXi and now Epson Stylus Photo RX620, and think that it is
a great product.
I have now rebuilt my PC, Xp Pro SP2 and all updates. If I try to
install Inksaver now, however, it installs up to the point where it
says it is configuring my printer to work with Inksaver, then it
hangs. Task Manager says that CPU usage for setup.exe and wowexec.exe
are zero. I have to stop the install. This happens wih both the
original Inksaver 2 and the revised version for SP2, 2.05.
If I leave the install running too long when it hangs without stopping
it my printer disappears from my pc. I emailed Inksaver
(Vancouver????.....) 2 or 3 months ago with my problem but have
received no reply.
Can anyone help ? Is it possible to get in touch with the producers of
Inksaver ?

This stuff is usually not worth the aggravation

Agreed, it's a great product.
