My MS office was installed a long time ago Now, when I
want to use powerpoint, I it shows on the menu but when I
want to use it,I have to insert the disk. That works fine
but now I get this message "shortcut Microsoft
Office.INK refers to a location that is unavailable. It
could be on the harddrive, network,or on a different
computer on your home network. Check to make sure the disk
is inserted properly & you are connected to the internet
or home network & try again" I can't understand this at
all. WHAT DOES IT MEAN? Thanks

Mary,
It means that the location, to which the shortcut refers to, does not have
PowerPnt.exe anymore.
Do a search on your system and try to locate PowerPnt.exe. If it is present,
try double-clicking on the file directly else it may have got
removed/deleted.
