No, voting is a single choice option that only works with Outlook users. Outlook Express users are left out of this scenario completely as they will never receive the voting buttons..

| Thanx verry much Milly, it was verry usefull. I think I can use it
| but I still have a minor problem with it.
|
| If the attendee can be available for 'lets say, three of the five
| dates I provide. He or she has to vote on each date separately, so I
| get three seperate e-mails with the dates he or she can be available
| for an appointment. I would prefer to be notified with just one
| e-mail. If we want to invite about 10 people who can vote on five
| different dates, and they all vote on three day's they can be
| available, whe get 30 reply mails. Do you think there is a posibility
| to be notified with just one e-mail with the dates the attendee voted
| on.
|
| And does this only work with peope who have Outlook(/express)?

| | Use voting buttons. Name each one for one of the dates and request
| that the recipients "vote" for the day they are available. When the
| mail is returned, it will automatically tally for you.
|
| To edit the default voting buttons, erase the displayed entries, then
| enter your dates separated by a semi-colon but no space before or
| after the semi-colon. I don't know (remember?) if there is a limit
| to the number of voting buttons but sending mail with 4 or 5 buttons
| should work well.

|| Hi,
||
|| Often I want to send a group of people an e-mail to determin what
|| date they all together are avalable for a certain invitation.
|| I want to create a standard e-mail for this in wich I just have to
|| alter four dates and send it to these persons.
|| Behind each date in this e-mail I want to privide a toggle option so
|| the receiver only has to reply the e-mail with the dates marked that
|| he or she is available.
||
|| Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to accomplish this?
||
|| Hope someone can help
