Information tool bar (Service Pack 2)

Hi,

Is there a way to disable this annoying invention
(Information tool bar).... I already have a Firewall and
a Antivirus....So I don't understand why they keep adding
not really useful things

Click Tools and turn off the popup blocker.

disable security center in services and if you have a real
firewall and anitivirus and spyware protection then get rid
of the security center

How to properly disable it is in your IE Help files. If you right click on
an info bar there will be a link to InfoBar Help. It lists this:

To turn off Information Bar messages about blocked pop-up windows

1.. Open Internet Explorer.
2.. On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up
Blocker Settings.
3.. Clear the Show Information Bar when a pop-up is blocked check box.
