Whenever I get an ecard from sites like 123greetings, The flash is blocked,
and the information bar says that my settings will not allow the actveX
controls to be downloaded. There are several sites where i cannot view
flash. I have the Macromedia web developers suite MX installed, so the flash
isn't the problem, somehow I am configured to not allow flash to play on my
browser.

Can anyone help me reconfigure? I like to send and receive greetings.

Look at the zone icon in the Status bar. What does it say?
If it says Internet doubleclick on the icon and then click on
the Default Level button.

If the zone isn't the Internet zone that probably explains your symptom.

Nope, no cigar. It says,"Your security settings do not allow Web sites to
use ActiveX controls installed on your computer. This page may not display
correctly. Click here for options...." When I click on the information bar,
all I get is a litle flag that says "information bar help", however, it is of
absolutely NO help, everything I try that it says to do, does not address my
original problem.
