Hallo

Ich habe ein Problem mit Outlook 2003 / SP 1 / 11.6359.6360 / Exchange 2003
SP1:
We have a problem regarding changes in meetings. We work with Outlook 2003 /
SP 1 / 11.6359.6360 / Exchange 2003
SP1:

When a user changes an appointment (for example adds or remmoves some
partitipants) all the invited partitipants receive
this change. Earlier we had a messagebox wich asked who shoud be informed
about the change:

- only to added or deleted partitipants
- to all the partitipants
- do not send the change

this msgbox is not showing up anymore.

I have built an test-environment with exactly the same environment and there
we have this msgbox wich asks who should be informed.
The settings are exaxtely the same (if I looked the right ones)

Can anybody help?

Thanks & best regards

Daniel

I know a work-around method thaty has worked for many of my clients.

Instead of changing the meeting and clicking "send update" click "save and
close" that should prompt the dialogue box to send to all or just the
added/deleted attendees.

Hi Judy

Thanks for your work-oround. Unfortunately it doesn't work this way.
There comes a messagebox "you have changed the Meeting 'Test'. Do you want
to send the actualized meeting to the attendees?"
And the info goes to all the attendees. No chance to choose just
added/deleted attendees.

Maybe other inputs?

Thanks very much

Daniel
