When you open a message, Outlook places an info bar just below the main menu bar, and gives info such as
"This message is being sent via Comcast account."
or
"Extra blank lines have been removed from this message--Click here to replace them..."
or
"Outlook did not allow downloading of pictures. Click here to download..."

As blind users, that window doesn't get focus, so we have to look for it.
Is there any means (via object model) of accessing that button sometimes displayed in that info bar, so I can give the blind users a direct means of accessing that puppy?

I'm afraid not.
