info balloons

Can anyone tell me how to turn off the information balloons that come up in the system tray?
I have 3 networked computers, mine being the host, each time one logs in it comes up as "<whoever> is now connected or unplugged". Thats what I want to turn off, its most annoying.

Try opening internet connections,L.click the icon,file,properties,in th
new window uncheck the box,"show when connected".If you have severa
icons youll need to open each.
