My computer is infected by Bingoo.exe virus name (e-mail address removed) am using norton antirus which is bringing the message clean failed,quarantine failed and access denied.How do I solve the problem.

Unfortunately one of the consequences of the the Bingoo.exe virus is to cripple your antivirus program.

And as a final tip after cleaning your PC........remove that Norton rubbish and put a decent AV suite on it such as NOD32 or Kaspersky

Avast is a good free anti virus as well .
