infection not removed by defender

how do i get rid of 3 spyware in my comp? Beta2 is unable to do this.The 3
are:NEWDOTNET,WEBHANCER,MARKETSCORE INTERNET ACCELERATOR.They all are in
system volume information.

Right click My Computer > Properties > System Restore Tab. Turn off System
Restore, restart your computer. This flushes out system restore. Once you've
restarted, re-enable system restore if you wish.
