is there a program to create and / or edit Windows 95 *.inf style install files?

hers only does auto run inf for cd's only and not to install programs.

The "Free" version was total trash anyways. Total cripple-ware - no
uninstall etc. It's a kewl idea for a setup utility, but expensive for
non-commercial software.
