Inernet Explorer problem...

Whenever I load Internet Explorer, it freezes that is to say whenever I type
in an address or try to shut it down, it stops responding. I tried sending
the error report as it asks and what I get is that I have some problem with
Yahoo! Toolbar even though I have uninstalled it. I can access all the tabs
from the Menu Bar.

I tried re-intalling the Service Pack 2 and the new IE 7 beta but still
can't fix the problem.

I am running Internet Explorer 6.0 (SP2) on Microsoft Windows Media Centre
Edition (SP2) but currently I'm having to use another browser which I don't
like very much.

Read the entire article. There are (usewr friendly) solutions which don't
involve editing the registry.
