Indexes and concordance

I have a document that I started in Word 2003. It has a concordance file.
I'm now using 2007. I don't see where to have it automark the document with
the updated concordance file.

Help!

On the References ribbon, click the Insert Index button and click the
AutoMark button in the dialog (you might expect this to be on the Mark
Entry button, but it isn't).
