LOOKUP returns a value either from a one-row or one-column range. The lookup
value is passed, as in the lookup range, and the result range. LOOKUP
returns the value in the result range that corresponds to the value in the
lookup range that matches, or closest below, the lookup value.
INDEX returns the value of an element in a table or an array, selected by
the row and column number indexes The Table can be more than 1 column and
more than 1 row wide and high/ No value is lookup up, it is a straight
intersection point value returned.
