Index Page Appears together with hyperpage

I have no idea what is causing this. When I build a site my index page looks
fine by itself. However when I direct the browser to a hyperlink. I get a
single page with my index contents and my hyperlink page in the same view.

I have tried everything could someone please help.

Thanks for your response. I can't find any reference to IFrame in my code.
One thing that is strange about setting up a new page when I create a new
normal page for a hyperlink page. The page always opens with the content of
my index page. So before I can add content I must delete the index content.
To do this I'm clickiking on body, which highlights the whole page then I hit
delete button on keyboard. Could this be a hint. Have I over written my
normal page template by mistake or am I deleting the content wrong?

To check the normal page template, browse using windows explorer to the
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\WEBS11\normal.tem
folder and then open index.htm and see what it looks like.

Thanks Steve I figured out I could solve the problem by deleting the index
page code that was traveling with my link pages for some reason.
