Index.dat Suite bugs fixed

I was recently notified of a couple issues with Index.dat Suite.

I am happy to say, I've fixed the file generation and printing
problem's (Index Out of Bounds error message) and re-written the
Runtime error 70 issue (when trying to delete the Temp file's) so it
bypasses deleting them directly.

Unfortunately, my server doesn't seem to want to let me upload the new
..exe full version setup (it's giving me an access denied, lol), so the
only downloads available for this program at the present time are the
..zip and basic install versions.

My sincere apologies for any inconvenience any of this has caused

Look, a programer that not only makes freeware, but post on
alt.comp.freeware.

He even corrected a bug, by the sounds of it, that he found.

What more could we ask for. On behave of myself, I Thank Steve for his
contribution to the freeware program world and for his contribution to
this newsgroup.

Thanks Wayne.

Regarding the bug, I only solved the problem, it was actually a couple
of ACF members that pointed them out to me (thanks guys).

I'm also happy to say, I've won the argument with my server and have
uploaded the full setup (.exe version) for those that do not have .zip
software.
