Can one format a paragraph like this?
------------------------
* First level line with bullet followed by
further lines deeper indented
than the bullet?
- Second level line with bullet
------------------------

I.e. I want additional lines of a paragraph to be deeper indented than the
first line (and also deeper than the bullet and the next level's first
line). Can this be done?

Hi Michael,

which version of PowerPoint do you use?

In my version 2007 I cannot do it automatically. You could manually add a
line break with Shift+Enter at the end of the line and indent the second
line with a tab. (I better do not ask why you need this, for to my eyes it
looks ugly.)

Best regards,
Ute

That's what I am currently doing, but if I change the text (or the font
size) then I need to reformat the paragraph manually.

Well, maybe my example was a bit to simplistic. What I *actually* want to do
is:
--------------------------
* Item1 Some longish description of
item 1 that spreads accross
multiple lines
* Item 2 The description of item2
also spreading accross
multiple lines.
* etc.

Does that make more sense?  :-)

Steve's suggestion is the closest you are going to come to what you
are looking for. You won't have to reformat the paragraph if the text
changes; it will reflow automatically.
