Can't uninstall these, even in safe mode. I have updated SP2 and run
Ad-Aware, SpyBot, Spyblaster and CWShredder. When I try to uninstall
IncrediMail from programme list or 'add/remove programmes in control panel,
it tells me " Invalid INSTALL.LOG file". There is no item in the add/remove
list that appeears to be for Search The Web, only something in the programme
list from Start, called "Web Serach Tools" for which there is no uninstall
option. Also, Search the Web puts two menu bars on my screen
(searchweb2.com) and every so often changes itself into my home page. I am
at a loss as to how to remove these. Please reply in 'easy' computer
language. Thanks,

You should have no problem uninstalling incredimail unless the uninstall
file is corrupted,in which case reinsatll it, reboot then uninstall it.

Search the web is malware. Use software that will detect it and remove it.
Ad-Awre SE and Spybot will do this just fine use them both. Also use CWShedder.

Sometimes, when you remove malware it will stop your TCP/IP
stack from working (Internet connection).
Winsock or LSP-fix will correct the problem,Download first.
Note to anyone using NOD32 Anti-Virus software,Do Not delete the
"imon.dll" this fix reports,That is your e/mail scanning engine.

YES-You need more than 1 malware program, the one's below are all free
and work well.
