Casa Urmas is less than ten kilometers NE... man, that one came fast. Plus, I don't think I've ever seen such a lightning galore.

Summer thunderstorms after a heat wave? Yes... but this summer has been something else – an all time record high (37.2°C a couple of weeks ago) and an all time August high (33.7° just before that storm). More heat --> more energy. Hail storms, "mini tornadoes"...
