Warning: Be careful before you allow Microsoft AntiSpyware
to remove software it thinks is a threat. Microsoft
AntiSpyware incorrectly flags libexpat.dll as spyware.
libexpat.dll is part of a package called expat, which is
used by legitimate software packages. Removing
libexpat.dll can render such software unusable.

It'd be helpful if you gave the name of the object that libexpat.dll is seen
as part of--that might help refine the definitions to avoid the false
positive.

I'd love to see a case history posted here about experience in dealing with
a false positive--either a commercial product or an open source project as
this one is.

Here's the URL for reporting of false positives by vendors:

http://www.spynet.com/falsepositive.aspx

If you can figure out how to have the folks in charge of this project
initiate correction of the false positive, perhaps they could post their
experience here.
