Hi,

I've got a linksys wirelessG access point model WAP 54G version 3.1
with firmware 3.05.

When I check te log the time isn't correct.

Does anyone know how to set the time?

I take it that you've carefully studied the manual and that it doesn't
mention time anywhere? Is the time wildly wrong, in that hours, minutes,
and seconds are all in error? Or is the time wrong only in even hours (or
at worst half-hours allowing for wonky time zones in various places in the
world)? The latter would mean that the router has no clue about what time
zone it is located in. I'm sure that somewhere in the web-based access
program there will be at least one screen that displays what the router is
assuming about time, even if the setting is elsewhere.

Perhaps the time is obtained via NTP over the Internet, and
the time is GMT ? The log on my router is off by a number
of hours, but the number of hours offset is fixed.

The device may get NTP time from the "pool servers".
This is a set of NTP servers that load share, so no
one server gets all the queries.

If the OP would take a moment to RTFM then it would be obvious what needs
to be done...

I read the manual but there is nothing mentioned about this so this is
why I asked here.
