Incorrect Sent Dates on e-Mails

When I look at a Sent e-mail item in my sent item, the sent date shown is one month greater than the actual. In other words, if I sent a message on November 7th, it appears as December 7th in the Sent folder. My Windows clock is correct and shows the correct date. Does anyone know how to get the correct dates to show?
 
What kind of e-mail service are you using? Contact your ISP to verify
whether the time set on their mailserver is set correctly.
