incorrect interent time all the time

the clock in the bottom right of the screen, on my
windows professional is never correct. i have to update
it several times a day, due to the fact that i wil
correct it with the server, but a few minutes later, it
will be incorrect again! does anyone have this problem,
or know how to fix it. please e-mail me! thanks

Beware the advice you will undoubtedly get to change your cmos
battery. Since your problem occurs while Windows is running, it
can *not* be the battery.

If the clock loses time while running, try this:

Open a command prompt window (Start | Run | cmd) and enter the
following commands:

net stop w32time
w32tm /unregister
w32tm /register
net start w32time
