Incorrect Folder Tasks in Root of Drive

The root folders of my external drives are showing Picture Tasks instead of the Common Files and Folders Tasks. They also show the watermark for images for the background image. How can I fix this? The root folder for the system drive is fine. I have Windows XP Home SP2.
