Incorrect date posted on Windows Mail

Whenever I create an email, it posts it with the incorrect date. My computer
system has the correct date and time. How do I change the date and time on
Windows Mail? I am sending messages from the future...............

Have you checked to make sure your Time Zone is set correctly?
