Incorporated a working Excel spread sheet in PP

I was at a meeting where the presenter incorporated a working Excel spread
sheet so that he could inter numbers and get the results on the screen. Dose
anyone know how to do this?

Eric,
Seems like the user was most probably using the spreadsheet control on the
slide. Something similar to this tutorial on how to use the pivot table
component provided by Tushar Mehta -
