Inconsistent Hyperlinking

I have created a 108 slide presentation. Each slide is an
organization chart with the ability to drilldown
(hyperlink) on a manager's name to see their department.
I have found that not all hyperlinks work with published
as a webpage. When I look at the hyperlink properties
they all appear the same but some work and some do not. I
did remove all symbols (,-/) as mentioned in the support
site but still not luck.
Any suggestions?
