incomplete email address instead of full address

i am using a mail program for external and internal mail
transfer (kerio mailserver) - i have setup aliases to
handle the internal mailusers messages so that they do not
have to exit through my smtp server at the isp. the system
works fine if i use outlook express because i am able to
enter just the contacts first name and the mail program
picks up on the name and puts it in his/her mailbox using
the alsias rule. the problem is that all my users are now
using OUTLOOK 2002 and i cannot enter an incomplete email
address such as just their first name, it wants a full
address with an @ sign. the moments that i utilise the
@sign it defeats the exercise of utilising aliases for
local delivery. is there a way that i can bypass using a
full email address in the email field of the contacts
list??

please help

thanks

No. Outlook needs full, valid addresses.
