Hail TECHS,

I am using winXP pro and I installed a new video card,
radeon-9200 and a new memory module a 256MB-DDR-PC2100.
Since then there were times that windows would not
completely boot after switching ON the system and just
hang when it starts to load windows. I would have to press
the reset button, so the system restarts then a message
would appear saying "windows did not successfully start
the last time" and I was given boot options. After this,
all restarts would be successful. I just did a fresh
install and it persists! Should I do a BIOS flash update?
Is my HD busted? What can I do? Thanks!!!

Allan

Pull out the RAM and see if it boots properly a few times. If it does then
you might just have a problem with it. If not, then make sure that you have
the latest video drivers for your card.
