The "F1 doesn't exist in destination table ..." issue
exists because data files without headers attempting to
load into Access have a default hidden header of
F1,F2,F3... which understandably would require those
attempting to append a file into an existing table to have
headers with the same name in the incoming file.
In my case, when I created a blank table in Access it
placed default field names of Field1,Field2,Field3... and
when I tried to import an Excel file without a header the
hidden default field name F1 did not exist in my Access
table, hence the error message.
SUGGESTION: Make all the default generated field names
across the Microsoft products the same!
