Incoming Server problems

Each time I load my OE the incoming server details change from my POP3 to a
no. approx 7 digits (a port no.?) and I have to manually change each account
back to the pop3 address -never used to do this- Any advice?

127.0.0.1 perhaps? That is your virus scanner trying to act as a mail
scanning proxy. If it gives you issues see the documentation of your virus
scanner on how to disable it.
