Incoming/Outgoing time wrong

The time stamp on both incoming and outgoing mail is
incorrect. Mail sent at 9pm, for example- shows as being
sent at a different time on the receivers end. Mail
received at 9pm is shown as being sent by the sender at
5:13pm. I can't find any options within Outlook regarding
setting the time. The time in Windows is correct.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

Make sure your Outlook Time Zone settings is set to use Daylight Savings
Time. Tools-> Options-> tab Preferences-> button Calendar Options...->
button Time Zone

Hope this helps!

Does this continue to happen with everyone or just one person? A message
could get stuck for a several hours before being received.

It seems to be happening with everyone, which leads me to
believe that it is something wrong on my end. There
doesn't seem to be any pattern with the times- sometimes
incoming mail has a time that is earlier than the time it
was actually sent, same with outgoing. Other times it is
the other way around......

Check your time zone settings on the server as well. The time can be
configured right but with the wrong timezone. Change to the right timezone
if this is the case. This can be either client and/or server side both are
important.
