Incoming messages from valid senders go to Junk Email folder_ Why

Suddenly, without explanation, valid incoming email messages are being sent
to the Outlook Junk Email folder. I don't recall making any configuration
changes that would explain this, but I might have done so inadvertantly. Can
anybody help?
 
Which version of Outlook are you using?
Check your Blocked and Safe lists for any conflicts;
Tools-> Options-> Junk E-mail...
