When I log into my windows mail I get an error message that says "The host POP3
could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name
correctly."
Why is this coming up and how can I change this so that I'm not seeing this
error message? Will this affect my ability to send e-mails through windows
mail?

The incoming mail server setting is unique to each ISP.
Have you contacted your ISP for this information?
You certainly did not give us enough information to help you.

Yes. I have contacted my ISP for this information and POP3 is the correct
incoming server that they use.

"The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly." "Account: 'POP3', server: 'POP3', protocol: 'POP3',
port:110, secure(SSL):No, socket error:11001:Error Number,0x800CCC0D"

No, it isn't.

Please give us the exact and complete error message.

POP3 is not the correct server name.

Please help me!! Does anyone know how I can fix this and I dont know much
about this pc

Fix which problem?
I don't see a problem statement from you.
Although we are good, we can't read your mind.

Victoria, are you blond? Did you even try the advice I gave you?
You are either going to have to tell us who provided your Internet Connection
Or you are going to have to phone their technical support.
If you just keep asking for help without giving us more information you will get nothing back.
