Incoming E-mails not showing up on Outlook 2003

I'm able to send out e-mails through Outlook but my incoming mail does not
show up. I tried adding exceptions to my Windows Firewall but really didn't
know how to allow the server where my mail goes to. It only allows me make
exceptions on programs on my computer. Anyone has any recommendations?

Do you get any Send/Receive error? If communication is being interrupted by
a firewall/network issue you should get an error. If not it is very likely
something else. If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook
disable this integration and try again.

No Send/Receive errors. I've disabled my Symanted AntiV but it doesn't help.
I don't know if Windows Firewall may be blocking my incoming e-mails.
