Hi,
Im new to fp and am using 2003. I have a template but am trying to add a
banner or text along the bottom of every page with contact details in it. I
have read up that there should be an includes page but there doesnt seem to
be one. Can anyone tell me how to create something along the bottom of every
page without having to do it manually on each page please
Thanks Steve

Create a page w/ just your bottom content and save it
Then on each page select the bottom of the page use Insert - Web Component - Included Content - Page

An easier, but less flexible way to apply it to all pages is to use a bottom Shared Border on all pages
Format - Shared Borders (select bottom & apply to all pages), then on any page add your bottom content in the shared border area
added at the bottom of the pages (will be the same for all pages using it)

Hi Stefan,
I thought I should follow the easier option, however, even though I clicked
the check box to "add to all pages" it is still only appearing on the one on
which I initially added it.

Any ideas ?

Thanks
Steve

shared borders is very easy
even though I clicked
the check box to "add to all pages"
is not the same as
"select the bottom of the page use Insert - Web Component - Included
Content - Page"

However shared border are limited to 4 specific areas of a page, and must be the same on all pages
using the specific border, whereas the FP Include Page component provide the same benefit, but none
of the limitations.
