Include the holidays of more countries in Outlook, e.g. Lithuania

Please add more holidays to available Outlook calendar's holidays, e.g.
Lithuania, Bulgaria. By not including the holidays of these countries,
Microsoft is slapping them in the face repeatedly.

Do the world a service and create the needed holiday files (it's fairly easy
and the instructions are on the MS Office web site), offering them on your
seb server for downloading.
