Include picture in videoclip?

Hello!

Is there a way to include a picture "on" the video.
Maybe a small logo in the right corner during the film och a ordinary
picture without cutting the video and insert it?

When I include the picture now, the movie and sound stops for a second when
the picture is shown. Can i use different layers i MM?
 
Movie Maker doesn't is a very basic editor with a single video track....
you can overlap 2 clips and use a custom transition to achieve a
Picture-in-Picture effect.... see the PIP section of the Editing > Video >
Transitions page of my site.

The feature isn't built into it, so it takes a 3rd party piece of software
or custom tweaking of an XML file.
