Include page - Cursor hand holding page

Hi,

I've used include pages before by using tables with no problem. I
tried to insert an include page (left side navigation bar) into a
table (200 pixel width) and I'm not able to use the area to the right
of the table. The cursor in that area is the same as if you held it
over an include page...looks like a hand holding a piece of paper and
I can't do anything within that space.

Any idea what is causing this problem?

You need to either set the table properties to float the table left or
layout your entire page as a table, then create a column on the left that is
200 px wide and insert the Include Page component.
