Include files in frontpage?

Hey guys, i was going to create a site with frames, but then i was adviced to
create a website using include files, istead of frames...
Now i cannot find any help through frontpage for this feature. IS there
anywere i can get a tutorial. Because i am a bit "afraid" how will i be able
to use this feature, i think that i am going to use frames in the end. I am
worried that when i will put up on the net my site, i will not be able to
change the parts that are shown on all pages through include files... Is it
easy to do it??

Look in Help under Included Content and/or Included Page

Frames...don't use them unless you absolutely need them.
