Include File Location

Hi,

How can I include the file location on all the documents I print in Word.
Some people have this automatically at the bottom of their documents when
they're printed - i'd like that too...

When the cursor is in the footer area, click the Insert AutoText
button on the Header/Footer toolbar and select "Filename and path".

You can put this in the footer of a template, so it'll appear on every
document based on that template. I strongly recommend, though, that
you *don't* put it on the Normal.dot template used by the New File
button -- that would mess up the Envelopes and Labels feature, and
maybe some others.
