I stopped using packet writing a couple of weeks after getting my first
burner in 1999, so I am not sure. But doesn't Vista have UDF packet writing
natively now? You don't need InCD anymore as far as I know.

I prefer a 3rd party software rather than MS software for burning.

Gabriel,

In CD 6+ has always worked for me on Vista every build 7/05 through RTM.
Nero 7+ has been updated for Vista. Ck. their site.

Vista allows you to either cache files on the HD and write them as in XP;
and it supports packet writing UDF Versions 1.5 through 2.5.

I believe that Vista uses some Sonic software for packet writing.

Hi,

It doesn't work for me here. I am using the latest update and I get the
following message... The "Drive Locker" could not be initialized. INCD cannot
start.

I have sent this to Nero Support, but I don't find them very helpful. I have
been trying to be able to login to their new MyNero for the past 12 months
and it keeps falling over at password verification.

Ciao, Trev.
