InBoxer add-on (Outlook 2003)

I have installed this add-on and then tried to uninstall. But Outlook 2003
gives an error during start-upeverytime: C:\program files\InBoxer Outlook
Addin\OLW.dll could not be found. I have tried to reinstall the addin and
uninstall it again - same problem. I've even trien reinstalling Outlook but
same situation. What to do?
 
find and delete extend.dat.

Hi Diane, Thank you for extreme rapid response. But the extend.dat file
doesn't exist on my HDD. Any other suggestions?

did you use the advanced search option and include all hidden files and
folders?

Yes - but no result. That .dat file is not on my HDD.

It's at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
