Inbox/Sent Items names sorted by Lastname, Firstname format

I'm running Windows XP Pro and Office XP Pro.

The Problem. I am unable to cause all the From names in my Inbox view and
all the To names in my Sent Items view to be shown in Lastname, Firstname
format, which I desire. Currently, in both the Inbox and Sent Items views,
some names are shown in Firstname Lastname format, while others are shown in
Lastname, Firstname format. This can be very frustrating when sorting on say
the name column when looking for certain names. In my Contacts folder, which
I use as my Outlook Address Book, I have set it up so that all the entries
are displayed in the Lastname, Firstname format. No problems there.

Q1. Is there a way to force all names shown in the Outlook folders - Inbox,
Sent Items, Outbox, Deleted Items, Drafts - to always be displayed in
Lastname, Firstname format, and

Q2. How can I ensure all future received and sent messages will also always
be displayed in the desired Lastname, Firstname format?

Although this does seem to be a simple format problem which should have a
simple answer, I have not found a way to do it, and I am hoping someone may
know how it is done. I haven't found any information on this in the MS
Knowledge Base.

My thanks in advance for any assistance.

Graeme

You can't AFAIK. The display name depends on the sender. Just like my name
shows up as Roady; you can't change it to anything else.
