Inbox Rights and Workbooks

If I have rights to someone elses Inbox (boss) and they
are sent an e-mail with an Excel Workbook attached, and
they (boss) open the e-mail and the attachment, can the
sender track that I have opened the e-mail and the
workbook after the boss has opened and read it?

No....senders can't see what happens to a message after they send it.
