inbox repair tool

I need to run this and can't find it ANYWHERE. I've searched for
'scanpst.exe' on all my drives, as well as the Office CD. I've checked the
box for show hidden files. I've spent hours on this to no avail. What am i
missing? I'm running Vista (ugh!) and Outlook 2007. Can someone help me?
