state. You can find which file your current version of Outlook is using by
examining the properties of your root folder in Outlook.

The problem was stated as follows: Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook.
Cannot open the Outlook Windows. The set of folders cannot be open. Errors
have been in the file:
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
