Inbox not auto updating

Within the last few days my Outlook has stopped auto-updating my inbox and
other folders.
I must manually select another folder and then it updates all the folders.

Have you implemented Windows XP's automatic firewall?

Nope. We have an ISA firewall in place, but I don't think it would affect
my LAN traffic.

I did change my RDP port, but I changed it back to make sure that was not
it. I did turn off enable offline access also, but i turned that back on to
make sure that was not it. I also added one of Microsofts critical updates,
but I am not sure if that was before or after I started having problems.
Could the Firewall client cause an issue? I think I may have installed that
about the same time these issues came up, but not certain about that.

aaahhhh so many questions. I saw a posting where someone else had this
issue on codeweavers forums, but he answeed himself and said he got it
resolved, but didn't give the answer. I need to try to track that guy down.
 
Anything on your machine that would block UDP packets?
