Inbox moved into Deleted bin

An end user, using Outlook 2000 on a Exchange 2003 server has somehow moved
his "Inbox" into the deleted bin. An easy attempt to drag it back fails,
stating it's a standard folder and cannot be moved. I tried to remove the
exchange piece and also recreated his account in Active Directoy. When all is
said and done, I go back in, recreate the account and sure enough, the inbox
is still in the deleted bin.

Try using the /resetfolders switch on the Outlook command line.
